Study On The Application Of E-government In The Government Supervision Of Jiuquan City

Government supervision is an important part of government work, an important link of government duties’ full performance, a major safeguard to carry out the party and the government policy decisions. The means of government supervision is different in regions for their economic and social development environment, but the goal of promoting governmental executive ability is consistent. Its function is to intensify supervision and inspection, promote government scientific decision-making, improve government work style, and promote smooth realization of economic and social development goal. Therefore, research on means of e-government supervision system to strengthen government supervision has important theoretical significance and practical value. In the backdrop of the global information, e-government has become an indispensable tool of the global government governing.This dissertation takes the problems in Jiuquan city electronic supervision system as the starting point to conduct a review of the domestic and foreign literature, bases on the theory of administrative supervision, and objective describes the specific conditions of the Jiuquan city’s electronic government supervision system and find out some problems, such as: the operation and management institutions are weak, running mode is simple, lacking platform for public interaction, and the inadequate for the use of the supervision results,etc. At the same time, it analyzes the causes of problems,use successful experience of developed regions construction on electronic government supervision system, and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of Jiuquan city’s e-government supervision work.This dissertation uses Literature research, Investigation and Empirical analysis, bases on e-government perspective to explore the way to improve the efficiency and quality of government supervision. All of this will enrich the theory of government supervision to a some extent, provide a certain reference value for improving the electronic government supervision system and enhances the efficiency and quality of government supervision. At the same time,it will provides valuable reference to realize the target of wealthy, civilization, harmonious and happiness Jiuquan and improve the Local Governments’ executive ability.
