Research On The Enhancement Of Zhuanghe City And Township Basic-level Government Executive Power

How to enhance executive power of country and township basic-level government institutions has become a hot topic gradually, which has already drawn public attention and been a new spot in the research area of political and public administration. Currently there are many countries that already taken executive power enhancement as a very important part in government reform. Government executive power plays a very important role in an organization. That’s why executive power is indispensable in the whole government organization. Currently China is in a fast growth stage in both political and economic area. Powerful execution of our government made great contribution to the current harmony and stable political environment and fast economic development. While we are still at the very beginning of execution construction period, there is still gap existing which may have adverse effect on government working efficiency and country economic construction. The objective of local government execution power research is to improve local government administrative ability so as to strong enough to handle kinds of problems. All department should make sure obligation and rights. Departments should also differentiate the duties among each other. One department should be responsible for one mission. If some special mission that require cooperation of several departments, then there should be one department as team leader and make sure responsibilities of each unit and strengthen cooperation.From the realistic point of Zhuanghe country and township basic-level government, this article aims to do the research on how to enhance local government execution power. Based on different responsibilities of different government level, it is very important to allocate wealth resource reasonably so as to strengthen local government power to provide high quality service to public.
