Regional national autonomy is one of the basic political systems in our country,how to improve and develop the system has always been a hot topic of focus. Among this system, the right of regional ethnic autonomy is the key to perfect and develop autonomous system. For now, in the study of system of regional national autonomy,the study of the regional autonomy rights is the most common. However,multi-national autonomous county as a special type in the system of regional ethnic autonomy is seldom researched. The study of national relationship of multi-national autonomous county of is more common in this area. For this reason, this paper is divided into six parts to discuss the autonomy of multiethnic autonomous county.Introductory part focuses on the relevant writing background and this part plays a foreshadowing role and it contributes to the subsequent writing. Introduction section includes the reasons for choosing this topic; the significance of choosing this topic;the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the autonomy of multiethnic autonomous county; the basic contents and methods of this research and the reasons of case selection.The first chapter is mainly talk about the autonomy theory. It is the basis and starting point of this writing. So, to explain this theory well has an important significance for us to understand. This part includes the basic of the theory of autonomy; the basic connotation of multi-national autonomous county of self-determination and the main content of multi-national autonomous county.In the second chapter, I select County W in Guizhou province as an example to discuss the achievements and problems in the current autonomy of w County. This part of content in this article plays an essential role. It is the basis of this argument.Among them, the achievements of autonomy in W County include the improvement of the national legal system; the great development in economic field and the orderly development of social undertakings. The main problems in W County include the seriously lag behind of legislation; the unreasonable distribution of the personnel management autonomy; the power does not reach the designated position of economic development and the ineffective implementation of social development.The third chapter analysis the related factors of restricting the exercise of autonomy in multi-national autonomous county. This chapter analysis the factors restricting the exercise of autonomy in multi-national autonomous county from various angles, and lays a foundation for the fourth chapter which puts forwardimprovement suggestions.
