The Vision Of Regional National Autonomy Under The Rule Of Law Of Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture

China is a socialist country with geographical area, large population and complex national dignity. The system of regional ethnic autonomy is an advanced system put forward by the Communist Party according on the basis of the actual situation of China and the experience of state construction. According to this system, our coutry established156ethnic autonomous areas, including5districts,30autonomous prefectures, autonomous counties (banners)121(includi-ng Autonomous Banner3), the total area is6469500squarekilometers, accountin-g for64.3%of the national area. However, different nations have different custo-ms of ethnic minorities, so how to carry out the law construction in the different ethnic minority areas becomes a big problem.Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture is a Frontier Ethnic Autonomo-us Prefecture in the Southwest, in the process of socialist legal system, there are all kinds of problems, such as transnational ethnic groups, ethnic customary law and the construction of rule of law conflict and so on.This paper is on the view of regional national autonomy under the rule of law Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Autonomous Prefecture People’s court in criminal case study to analyze the clues, which exists in the current environment of the socialist rule of law Xishuangbanna problems, then put forward some suggestions about how to carry out the construction of the rule of law in the state of Xishuangbanna.
