Exploration On The Problem Of Social Work Into Elderly Pension Problem In The Welfare Organization

With the improvement of living standard and medical treatment level, common people enhance the awareness of health care; people’s lifespans have been extended. The miniaturation and nuclealization of family size as well as the accelaration of population flow, old-age security model shifts from traditional family supporting model toward community care and institutional care. In aging society, the status quo of the “three-without elderly”-- empt-nest, poor and disabled eldely is serious.Social work as a helping profession have started in China recently. With the diversification of social life and improvement of living standard and practical demand,professionalization and scientizaion of social work have developed rapidly. It relates to all aspects of society, poverty problem, employment problem disability issue and aging problem. Social work as a professional work to help people should provide the “problem elderly” with attention and assistance.In many systems and ways of old-age care, this thesis studies pension situation of the elderly in institutional care. The service objects are special who are the elder at the very bottom of the sciety. The main research methods focus on observation and qualitative research methods. It helps to deepen the understanding of all aspects of the situation, which is not limited to the quantitative data analysis.After research the mechanism of supporting the elderly pension problems, causes of problems and the analysis of pension for the elderly existence superiority and the intervention of social worker.In the space of this paper, choose to work in a team as the starting point of practice,effect and members of the group work is in-depth analysis, and then evaluate the group in order to be able to change, the pension agency to provide for the old people, and at the same time, through the intervention of social work can provide some reference for the mechanism to support the work of the elderly.
