The Research Of Institutional Pension Problem In Social Support Perspective

Pension problem is not only an important issue in China, also for the whole world. With economic developing, aging problem increasingly serious, pension becoming to a great issue. Family pension has been difficult to meet the needs of current Chinese older age groups. With traditional Chinese concept for growing old in the own house, while empty nesters,4+2+1 family patterns, etc. emerged, the pension problem has become a hot topic of sociology and other subjects. This article from a view of sociological, select institutional pension to analyze, leads to explore the institutional pension problems and propose solutions.This article focused on the living conditions of the elderly in institutions, find suitable solutions for Chinese institutional pension model. The writer select B and C nursing home for the study, based on field investigation and document analysis, to solving current institutional pension issues:the rare number of agencies, far from meeting the needs of older persons; pension institutions internal environment, health, medical, health care facilities and other hardware imperfections; pension institutions employing professional quality needs to be strengthened; pension system and polities are not perfect. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part, explain the research background, significance and methods. The second part is review of social support and institutional. The third part, analyzed from the six dimensions of social support for B and C nursing home, induction institutional pension problem. The fourth part, by building social support networks for institution and elder, build new institutions pension with the advantages of B and C. And provide new ideas for the development of institution pension.
