Study On Social Work’s Intervention Of Institutional Pension

Institutional pension in the aged care service system of our country has "support" status rather than just "added",so to improve the quality of institutional pension is of great significance for the development of retirement pension of China.Long-term care services are a major institutional pension services,but also an important index for the aged quality of service.Social Work intervention offers the possibility to improve and enhance the quality of institutions pension long-term care service.Qualitative research is used in the study.The entire research process began from the personal experience of the author’s observing as an intern for the H apartments for the elderly in Shangrao City in Jiangxi.Then research topic was formed.Through the survey of the research background,content of historical literature review analysis,the necessity of the research topic was get,and the specific research questions were determined.By means of the fieldwork,interviews and practice development situation in H older apartment,the situation of the aged long-term care services encountered known.This analysis of long-term care services of institutional pension based on the hierarchy of needs theory summed three characteristics of the long term care needs of the elderly.First,the physiological and safety needs to meet is still the main needs.Second,social needs and psychological needs of the elderly becoming the dominant demand.Third,respect and self-actualization needs to meet has become an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the long-term care service of the institutional pension.The analysis revealed that the institutional pension is facing four major development difficulties:low utilization of hardware facilities of the organization;shortage of care personnel and whose expertise uneven;closed management system and weak institutional.management;"Supporting,nursing,treating,burying" functional separation.Then the research puts forward that the main strategy of social work involved in Institutional pension long-term care services should be taken fully involved in the multi-dimensional,professional values as the core,focusing on the use of case management of,while the specific path can be carrying out elderly group work under social support network theory and elderly community work under ecosystem perspective.Social work intervenes long term care of institutional pension has objective needs and professional advantages.The problems that the long-term care service of institutional pension faced to be solved needs social work intervention.On the one hand,social work intervention has a natural advantage for institutional pension,because of it playing a unique role in solving social problems,coordinating social relations and promoting social development.On the other hand,sociaI workers can effectively complement the team of professionals.It was found in the study on the influencing factors of social work intervention in institutional pension,that social policy is the macro factors,that awareness of social work is regional factors,that management philosophy is personality factors,that agency dilemma is the direct factors.
