| Under the increasingly serious trend of aging population in China,the pension problem has become a hot topic of concern for scholars from all walks of life.Compared with other groups,seafarers have more demand for the elderly because of their professional particularity,but in the early years of the study,the present situation of the seafarer's personal pension plan was not ideal.Some seafarers have a weak sense of planning for the aged,especially the young seafarers who have a vague plan to provide for the aged.It is also difficult for the seafarers to pay for social security and medical insurance.The risk of living in the future is higher.At the same time,seafarers frequently encounter difficulties in participating in commercial insurance because of their high occupational risk.In this regard,this paper attempts to intervene in the planning of seafarers' pension planning from the perspective of social work.This paper makes an in-depth understanding of the problems of the seafarers' group pension plan by means of interviews,and analyzes the causes of the problems of the seafarers' pension plan from three aspects of personal income,individual cognition and external environment.On the basis of this,this paper,based on the cognitive behavior theory,starts with the consciousness of the seafarers,changes their cognition to the problem of the aged,and promotes the change of the seafarers' ideas on the problem of the pension plan.Then,with the guidance of the introduction and study of relevant experience,the seafarers help the seafarers to make a practical and feasible plan for the aged and finally supervise the beginning.The action of the seafarer's planning for the aged.At the same time,this paper discusses the practice of social work intervention in three types of seafarers,such as payment stranded,planning fuzzy and insurance difficulties,and summarizes and analyzes the problems encountered in the process of practice and the experience gained in the process. |
