Exploration Of Institutional Pension Problem In The Perspective Of Social Work

The institutional pension is one of three pension modes in China, which playsan important role in meeting the demands. Of the aged. The institutional pensionthroughout the country, and there are a series of problems in the course ofdevelopment, which contain the common problems and the regional problems. Inthis article, the author makes the social work profession as a research perspective,and seen S pension institution of C city as the object of study, to explore theinstitutional pension problems.The author first describes the status of the institutional pension, whenintroduces the development status of the institutional pension, the author firstintroduces the status of S pension institution, and compares family support,community endowment to institutional pension, analyzes the advantages anddisadvantages of institutional pension ; Secondly, based on the advantages anddisadvantages of the institutional pension, and then refers to the practice of researchdata, the author summarizes the problems of the institutional pension in thedevelopment process. These issues include quality of service, institutionalmanagement, and the imbalance of interaction between external factors andinstitutional pension. Elaborating on every aspect of the problems, the authorcombines some interviews of the S pension institution to demonstrate themconcretely, which makes analysis of problems more thorough and specific .Corresponding to above problems, the author analyzes the reasons. One isnarrow-minded idea, another is the limit of the material conditions, Attempting toanalyze the reasons for a better understanding of the problems. Thirdly, for aboveproblems, and combined with the analysis of the reasons, the author from the perspective of the social work profession, elaborates intervention and evaluation.During the intervention process, the author proceeds from the elderly groups andinstitution staff. As to the elderly groups, the author takes one old man as example,describes the intervention process; to institution staff, the author establishes trustrelationship with them, and makes preliminary intervention. After the intervention,the author evaluates the intervention process , the assessment mainly around theservice object, service provider and institutional management system, to see theeffectiveness and impact . Finally, the author reflects the social work intervening ininstitutional pension system. Reflection mainly focuses on the effectiveness,energizing and expansibility of social work intervening in institutional pension.Seeking reasonable path through reflection, which will help to make social workfaster and better integrate to the public welfare undertakings, meet the pension needsand serve the society better.
