Urban Management Marxist Theory Perspective

Urban construction and management level is an important symbol of national economic and social development, is the embodiment of the civilization degree of a nation. With the rapid development of today’s society and accelerating the urbanization process, urban residents’ demands for the urban civilization, neat, orderly and beautiful environment are higher and higher, at the same time, all kinds of deep contradictions are gradually highlight, in the process of urban development such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, energy consumption has become a serious challenge in our country, in this context, the third plenary session of the eighth in "about comprehensively deepen reform certain major issue decision", in "innovation of social management system", under the headings of used a passage about 1000 words, this paper expounds a new governing idea-- social governance, embodies the importance of urban management,in recent years, the city management concept to a whole new level.Marxist theory is a scientific world outlook and methodology, which can better guide our understanding to the problems existing in the process of urban development, and solve it. We’re going to use the Marxist point of view to analyze and solve problems, adhere to the people-centered concept, practice theory, from actually, use the view of development and contradiction analysis method to solve the problems facing in the process of urban management and the challenge.This paper mainly divided into four parts, the first part introduces related concept of urban management, and introduces the management history and the development process of Wuhan; the second part introduces Marxist theory with the concept of people-oriented, development and contradiction analysis method; the third part takes Jianghan district social governance "housekeeper" city project as a main basis, to reflect in the research of Marxist theory to analyze the specific point of view; in the fourth part, puts forward an idea to adhere to Marxism in the urban management and the necessity of urban management of related countermeasures.
