Research On Party Construction Of Non-public Enterprises And Social Organization

China started a new round revolution and the economic structure was optimizing constantly since 18 th CPC National Congress. As the new round revolution developing deeply and the social structure optimizing, non-public enterprises and social organization which served a function on promoting the social development, improving the economic structure and enhancing National comprehensive strength would meet a spring. We had always explored the party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization. Some developed regions had a mature mechanism of non-party organization and successful experience. Because of historical reason, State-owned enterprises and heavy industry played an more important role in Jlin province in the past decades. On the other hand, non-public enterprises and social organization developed in a small scale with slow speed. In 2014, the percent of State-owned enterprises were rising and non-public enterprises were falling in Jilin province. In this situation, promoting party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization seemed to be difficult, however, it was urgent to raise the standard of party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization and improve the leadership to help its development. Promoting party construction had a crucial meaning of the development of non-public enterprises and social organization, and party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization was a significant part of basic party construction. Based on this background, this article aimed to research how to promote party construction in non-public enterprises and social organization.This article has five chapters. The first chapter is introduction which introduces the meaning and background of this article. The second chapter defines and demonstrates the relative conceptions. The third chapter analyzes the situation of party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization in Jilin province and lists an instance of Dehui city. The fourth chapter demonstrates the problems in party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization of Dehui city. The fifth chapter analyzes the reason of Dehui’s problems. The last chapter concludes a suggestion and solution which is available on Jilin province’s party construction of non-public enterprises and social organization.
