Research On The Construction And Management Of Social Party Organization In Chuanshan District Of Suining

With the continuous deepening of reform and open and the continuous transformation of government functions,China's social organization began to flourish and gradually became a bridge link the government,society and the people,played an important role in public service,social governance and policy consultation,attracted the high attention of the party and the state.Therefore,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee has formulated the opinion on strengthening the construction of the party in the social organization(Trial Implementation),in order to further coordinate and improve the relationship between the party and the social organization,and consolidate and strengthen the Party's ruling foundation.It has made clear norms and requirements from the meaning requirements of the party construction work,the function orientation of the party organization,the management system of Party building work,the function of Party organization and Party members,and made an important deployment to stimulate the vitality of the social organization and guided the healthy and orderly development of the social organization.Taking the example of Suining Chuanshan district,by various methods such as field interviews,research,literature reading,case analysis,this paper discussed the development of the social organization and the present situation of the party construction work in Suining Chuanshan district,and analyzed the existing problems of the party construction work in the social organization,analyzed the reasons and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures,to improve the quality of Party building and promote the better development of social organizations.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter puts forward the background,research significance,general situation,research ideas,methods and innovations at home and abroad;the second chapter outlines the theory of Party construction management and the theory of public management in social organizations;the third chapter analyzes the current situation of Party building in Suining Chuanshan district's social organization through field interviews and surveys.The fourth chapter,makes a comprehensive review of the existing problems,tracing the source and analyzing the causes of the problems through the research on the current situation of Party building in social organizations.and the fifth chapter put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of the party construction work of the social organization.It is found that there are nine specific problems in the construction of the party construction of the social organization in Suining Chuanshan district,such as organization operation,work performance and work system.Suggestions were presented to resolve the main problems in 5 aspects on strengthening the leadership of the party,straightening out the management system,strengthening the organization and positioning,strengthening the work of Party building and establishing a social organization system.These countermeasures can help the Party committee and the district government to further coordinate and improve the relationship between the party and the government and the social organization,consolidate and strengthen the party's ruling foundation,and help to improve the existing problems of the current party construction work in the Suining mountain and mountain areas,consolidate the foundation and improve the quality of the party building.Finally,by strengthening the party's leadership in the work of the social organization,the social organization will develop rapidly?healthily and orderly along the correct political direction,and play a more active part in grass-roos governance and play a role.At the same time,it can also play a certain ref erence role for the party organization in small and medium-sized cities in Western China,and also has a certain reference value.
