Since 2001,the Japanese political right deviation phenomenon has intensified. On this issue, the United States show its mild criticism on Japan’s denying invasion and glorifyung the history; and one the other hand, show its supports on Japan’s amending constitution and easing restrictions of military; and on the island disputes among Japan and other states, it always hold a neutral position in the surface. The primary cause that the United States taking such a policy is the reality demand. The United States expect Japan to take on more responsibilities and to be a more qualified global partner of America, and to strengthen the U.S.-Japan alliance in order to counter China’s influence. However, the policy will drive Japan’s political right deviation increasingly clear, which will benefit the United States and the U.S.-Japan alliance in the short term but lead to a worrying effect in the long term. And it will lead to negatively impact on the security and stability of the East Asia.
