The Analysis Of Doctor-Patient Relationship Factors And Countermeasures In Chongqing

The year of 2015 is regarded as the final year of the 12 th five-year plan. medical reform has achieved good results for several years. China’s medical status has largely taken on a new look. But from 2003 to 2012, there are 40 cases which are vicious violence harming doctors, peaked in 2012, a total of 11. These vicious violence cases all resulted in dysfunction, disability and death of medical personnel and other serious consequences. It is clearly seen that the doctor-patient relationship in our country is still not optimistic. So with the achievements we have gained, medical reform in our country must be pressed forward vigorously.However, the establishment of the medical care policy mechanism does not only need the support of experts and scholars, but also the firm support of real data. Chongqing, as the pilot city in urban and rural areas, should be at the forefront. The author intends to do the visiting and the investigatory study in different levels of hospitals within the scope of the five major functional areas in Chongqing, specifically analyze the factors according to current situation, and then give a scientific and reasonable explanation. Based on the functions of the government point of view, the author will put forward the corresponding solution to solve these problems. This article will provide true information to formulate policies in public health of the new round of the 13 th five-year plan, further improve the doctor-patient relationship, and build a harmonious society.This research adopts the random sampling method and does the field investigation in the inpatient and outpatient departments in five functional areas in Chongqing.This research includes basic situation of both doctors and patients, the doctor-patient relationship and its influencing factors. The number of questionnaire survey is 500, half for doctors(the number of effective questionnaire is 237) and the other half for patients and their relations(the number of effective questionnaire is 212). Finally the author will select 449 valid questionnaires, use Excel to type-in the questionnaires, finally analyze data by using SPSS19.0.The data shows that China’s medical system, doctor-patient interaction degree, media attention, and doctor-patient trust perception have a significant effect on the doctor-patient relationship. It is visible that at present the overall situation of doctor-patient relationship in Chongqing comparing with other cities in China as well as in previous years has been improved, but there are also issues which should be taken seriously. The expenses are not factors that affect the doctor-patient relationship. It is different from many research results. The doctor-patient relationship of Chongqing is special. So at the end of the article, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship in Chongqing.
