| Under the frame of global governance, the protection and resettlement of international refugees calls for attention of the international community. The issue of refugee protection needs efforts of the whole international community and effective refugee protection policies that made during the practice. In the late 20 th century, a large amount of indo-Chinese refugees(overseas Chinese) were forced to flee to other countries all over the world. Both China and France were actively involved in this international relief. During the resettlement of the indo-Chinese refugees(overseas Chinese), different country properties results in different attitudes to the resettlement problem. Therefore, China and France made different policies for indo-Chinese refugees(overseas Chinese)’ resettlement. In this paper, resettlement of indo-Chinese refugees(overseas Chinese) of China and France is compared to explore the missing of China refugee resettlement. In this paper, practice measures are raised to make up China’s missing in refugee resettlement. |
