Political culture refers to people’s political orientation mode, including people’s political cognition orientation, political attitude orientation, political belief orientation, political emotion orientation and political value orientation. Political culture is an important factor in international relations, it is a deeply influence international behavior of country, difference in political culture is one of the causes of conflict between countries. China and India are new power in the international pattern, development of these two countries has attracted the world’s attention. Sino-Indian relations is one of the most important countries in China ’ s peripheral relation. Development of Sino-Indian relations has an important role for peace in this region, while political culture is an important factor on affecting the development of the Sino-Indian relations.China and India both have a long history of ancient civilization, and have suffered a crisis in modern times and tribulations, It formed a huge historical gap. Meanwhile, won the national independence, and re-construct a new political culture, with an important impact on the political life, this effect will inevitably be reflected in the Sino-Indian relations.At first,illustrate the concept of political culture and analysis The role of political culture in international relations.Second, by comparing the political culture between China and India, are diverse, inclusive, and also with a strong nationalist. However, with the influences of the different historical and cultural traditions, both China and India have different structures and nature on the political culture.Last,The similarities of the political culture between China and India help a better development of the Sino-Indian relations, but the differences in political culture also make the Sino-Indian relations be a way with twists and turns,this article will analysis political culture brings positive and negative effects on the Sino-Indian,discover several important issues in Sino-Indian relations from the perspective of political culture.By comparing the political culture between Chinese and Indian, the analysis of the political culture of the Sino-Indian relations in the factors contributes a better understanding of the Sino-Indian relations,including the history and future, now providing a useful reference for the development of Sino-Indian relations.
