Study On The Development Of Security Information In Qinhuangdao

Since the construction of national public security informationization carried out, it has made certain achievements in different places, although performance of public security information construction achievements are not the same. In 2013, Qinhuangdao became the first national "smart city" pilot city. Qinhuangdao public security informationization and "smart city" can develop well through mutual promotion. This paper uses literature method, comparative analysis method and system analysis method to elaborate public security informationization, the public security information construction, "smart city" and other related theories, which aims to have a better understanding of the concept of public security informationization, its symbol, characteristic and significance; whatsoever, its connotation, the influencing factors, construction and evaluation contents are also analyzed in this paper; Besides, we have to grasp the connotation of "smart city", its features, applications and the relations between "smart city" and the public security information construction. Based on this, this paper refers the planning layout, the construction of public security information network construction in Qinhuangdao(including communication network, construction of safe city monitoring point, intelligent traffic infrastructure construction),construction of public security application system(one two three level platform construction, data analysis platform construction, comprehensive traffic command platform construction, service platform construction), emergency guarantee system construction, security system(leadership, organization, personnel, capital),service combat and effectiveness(HD video monitoring system, intelligent traffic) etc, which can discover the present situation and the complex challenge problems of Qinhuangdao public security information construction in network infrastructure, application platform, system the technical force.Finally, we can strengthen the top design, the application of smart city construction, standard system specification, the perfect of basic system and application system and the system construction of scientific to promote the Qinhuangdao public security information construction.
