Application Of Security Management Information System For The Digital Community In Qinhuangdao City

The rapid development of digital technology makes the "Digital Earth","Digital Government",Digital communities" and other related concepts have been gradually achieved,and makes the basic information construction of Pubilc Security Department has been further strengthened.With the rapid development of the nation and even the world's digital community construction,currently Qinhuangdao has formed a prototype of digital community which has been taken shape and has a relatively perfect functional structure.And these communities are basically realized digital and intelligent management within the communities,but as an important aspect of community management,community security management informationization's level is still not high,still can't completely adapt to the requirements of the current digital community development of Qinhuangdao.For these reasons,it is very necessary.to research and construct a set of management structure of security management system which is suited to community security management in Qinhuangdao under the age of digital community.Through constructing and studying the feasibility of application of target management structure,and using the advanced management science theory and information technology to collect the population,geography,case and so on in the digital community of Qinhuangdao.This paper aims to achiveve scientific information and intelligent management of "people" "land","case" in the community,and provide better service for the security of community and safety of people.First,this paper describes the current digital community,the system of security management information and research status of a combination of these through literature analysis and research,and introduces the contents,methods,ideas and related theoretical basis.Secondly,analying and studying the use of Qinhuangdao city's population management information system,the police geographic information system and the key management information system used in the public security organization.From the point of view of the residents,the paper states the present situation of the development of the digital community in Qinhuangdao,and uses the practical cases to visualize concrete analysis to draw the conclusion.Then,in the basis of the conclusion,in order to construct the management structure of the digital community security management information system for the future,using the method of Game Theory compares the difference of the traditional security management information system with the digital community public security management information system in the management structureFinally,this paper uses the theory of process reengineering to construct the business process of the management structure of the digital community security management information system,and analyzes the feasibility of the target system.
