Research On Problems And Suggestions Of Party Members' Cadres Of College Students

A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.In the nineteen major report of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will eventually become a reality in the struggle of generations of young people.In the nineteen major reports of the party,the requirements for building a contingent of highly qualified and specialized cadres have been put forward,and the party's cadres are the backbone of the party and the state.We should pay more attention to the training of professional ability and professionalism,and enhance the ability of cadres to adapt to the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.We should vigorously develop and store young cadres,pay attention to training young cadres at the grass-roots level and hard areas,and continuously select and use excellent young cadres who have been tested by practice.The Party member and cadre of college students is a potential group of future social leadership and an important source of the ruling power of the Communist Party.According to the nineteen specific requirements,coupled with the social reality of deepening social reform and increasing employment competition,we strongly appeal to the leadership of college student party members and cadres.However,the training of the leadership of the party members and cadres in China have not been paid enough attention,and the results of theoretical research and practice are relatively scarce.The deviation between the leadership of the college students and the cadres is urgently required to strengthen the training of the leadership of the party members and cadres.Based on the present situation,the research on the leadership of college student Party cadres has a broad research space and great research value.Based on the method of theoretical research and investigation,the present situation of leadership of college student party members and cadres in Xinxiang college,Huanghe Science and Technology College and Henan Normal University in Henan province is investigated by questionnaires and interviews.The survey is carried out in three dimensions: College Students' Party members(cadres),leadership related theories,leadership practice of college student party members(cadres),and training of leadership for college student party members(cadres).The survey results show that,first of all,the party members of college students(cadres)obtain leadership theory of channel comes mostly from the professional courses,but management professional leadership courses as a required course of professional,not other compulsory requirements;secondly,the party members of college students(of)participate in leadership practice opportunities mainly from school activities,while the real exercise the leadership training and social participation opportunities are few;finally,from the training status in Colleges and universities,the lack of appropriate training,Party cadres selection mainly party vote and teacher specified,and the lack of timely assessment system.In view of the above existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons,and puts forward specific countermeasures from aspects of improving the attention degree of college student party members and cadres,strengthening leadership knowledge education,expanding leadership practice and so on.
