The Research On Civilization Management Of Farmer Workers Of Handan In The Course Of Urbanization

To enhance the level of urbanization is the inevitable way for China’s development in the future. Chinese urbanization level reached 54.77% in 2014. Along with the reform and opening up course, the group of farmer workers grows and develops continuously, making great contributions to the city construction and development. Farmer workers cannot get urban household although they are confirmed as urban population statistically, and they also need to suffer discrimination and unfair treatment.
