Research On The Innovation Of Grassroots Party Construction Under The Condition Of Informatization

Informatization provides a new work carrier for the activities of the primaryparty organization of CPC, and it is of great significance to promote the developmentof democracy in the Party, improve the standard of management of party affairs andconstruct a learning-oriented, service-oriented and innovation-oriented primary partyorganization. Nowadays, the primary party organizations are still on a primary stageof applying the information technology, which they should study and innovate more.This article firstly gives a review of the developing process of theinformatization of the party building, and then analyses the practice of the currentinformatization in primary party building, and lastly summarizes the basicexperiences for informatization building of the primary party organization. Due to thebasic information is still in the stage of exploring, there still have many problems inthe process of utilizing information technology of the primary party organization,including ignorance of management but building, lack of talents, unsound institutions,unbalance development between entity party building and virtual party building andso on. This paper argues that the primary party organization should integrateestablishing a website with its management,leadership attention with party membersattendant, the party member management with its activities, opinion leaders with theparty’s cadre training, public opinion guide and the party member image into one forfurther strengthening the information construction and enhancing the ability ofpublic opinion guide of the information network platform, and promoting entwineddevelopment between entity party building and virtual party building, and expandingapplication functions and scopes of mobile network party building platform, andestablishing a message delivery channel of which the internet is the medium, thecomputer is the terminal, the smartphone is the accept mode, that turn informationinto powerful means to improve working methods and strengthen itself developmentfor primary party organization.All in all, it is a necessary choice for innovative development of current partybuilding work to apply the information and internet technology to strengthen theprimary party organization building. However, the information and internettechnology cannot solve all problems. In order to put it to a better use, we shouldbreak the traditional thought and make unanimous agreements on the revolution interms of mind, value orientation, institution, system and regime of party building,synchronization innovations from concept to the system, to promote innovation andthe development of grass-roots party building.
