A Study On The Construction And Strategy Of K E Village-level Party Organizations

The ruling foundation of the party is at the basic level.The key to the development of the basic level construction is in the rural area. Currently,there are a lot of problems with the development of rural area,including single industrial structure and so on.How to liberate and develop the rural productive forces is an important subject in front of the party.“The party's basic-level organization is to lead the masses to carry out the party's guidelines and policies,implementing the party's task.”which is specified in The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a theory for building the village party.How to make village-level party organization operate better and better is a problem requiring concerted effortsand and joint planning.This topic takes G County of Jiangsu Province as the main object of study.On the one hand,G County locates in the north of Jiangsu province.Compared with other area in Jiangsu Province,the development of the village-level party organizations is weaker in G County.G county in jiangsu province ranks last in counties for a long time.Some problems in the construction of village-level party organizations have strong typicality and regionality.In this article,with data acquisition, case investigation, the investigation and study visits and other methods, writer deeply analyzed the status of the village level party organization construction in G County, focusing on several elements including rural Party members, organizational structure, leadership, working place and operational support.On the other hand.the writer also come up with some methods to solve the problems by strengthening the management of Party members,optimizing organizational settings and other measures.The writer wish to effectively promote the construction of the village-level party organizations in G County and to provide some ideas and reference for the relevant work through this research.
