Study On The Relationship Between Chinese Government Trust During The Period Of Social Translation And Its Reconstruction

Government trust relationship as a kind of special social relation, between the government and the citizens of the lubricant, a good relationship of trust can not only enhance the citizens’ confidence in the government, to enhance the legitimacy of the government, but also to maintain social harmony and stability, national long period of stability. At present, the crisis of trust in government has become a common problem in the world, the key period of social transformation of our government in the face of the loss of trust in the government how to "deal" to become the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have been concerned about the topic.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, discusses the government trust relationship both at home and abroad, the research background, through the review of relevant literature in western countries and in China, research status and research significance of government trust relationship and reconstruction from different angles, and then puts forward the research purpose and research methods of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the basic theory of government trust relationship, first elaborated the essence of government trust relationship, the issue of trust between the government and citizens of the connotation and discusses the government trust relationship; secondly, the practice of cognitive process of general summary, the final trend of government trust relationship is achieved substantive rationality. The third chapter based on the reality of social transformation in China, present status of the trust relationship between our government and the existing problems are analyzed, at present our country is the decline of government trust relationship based on overall situation, observe the depth at all levels, the government trust as an important political resources research in in this field has broad space. Causes of decline between government trust in our country the fourth chapter detailed analysis in the period of social transformation, through respectively from the risk level, system level, the value level and the level of party masses relationship, the group mentality of germination, the loss of trust system, public reason and the lack of trust relationship are the main factors leading to the decline of government trust crisis. The fifth chapter is mainly aimed at the reconstruction of government trust relationship in our country put forward some thinking, from the premise of government trust relationship reconstruction, reconstruction method, the key of the reconstruction, the reconstruction of the key to put forward their own proposals, change the concept of power, institutional arrangements and institutional innovation, promote the reconstruction of the relationship between trust and the ability of the government is the new during the reconstruction of our country’s government trust relationship is the focus, and the concrete measures of the four aspects put forward specific measures; in addition to western countries trust relation reconstruction is worth for reference.
