China is a country with a large population,faced with numerous and complicated social security problems,the problem of police team stage is growing. At the present stage,at home and abroad,the main way to solve the problem is building auxiliary police team. It’s worth noting that the management of this group is hard to achieve unified and standard,some people even break the law and disturb social order,duing to the big differences of work content,cultural level and personnel quality,etc. Therefore how to manage this power effectively is becoming an urgent and important topic.This study firstly expounds the basic present situation,effection and development of the auxiliary police staff in our country,as well as its present management situation and experience at home and abroad. On the basis of theory and practice,this study chooses auxiliary police staff of wujiang district,suzhou province as research sample, discussing its management present situation,then through questionnaire survey further found that the management of its auxiliary police staff exists the following problems: low job satisfaction,low work efficiency,high turnover intention,responsibilities chaos,bad work style,the eroll,training and examination of staff became a mere formality. The causes of these problems are as follows: the salary is too low,work tends to be saturated,the system of salary,examination promotion is imperfect,working condition is poor,corresponding training is short,the system of social support is poor,the legal system is lacked,the management consciousness of public security organ is not strong. On this basis,this study put forward six countermeasures: improving the enroll and training system of auxiliary police staff, improving the salary and examination mechanism of auxiliary police staff,improving the working conditions for auxiliary police staff,establishing auxiliary police staff promotion channels, strengthen the legal construction of the management of auxiliary police staff,establishing social support system of auxiliary police staff. Hoping to make contributions to the management of auxiliary police staff for our country.
