Strategy And Research Of Supervision On Law Enforce Ment Within Su Zhou Public Security System Under The New Policy

The 18th CPC National congress pointed out that China meets its important strategic periods, with the acceleration of the development on industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agriculture modernization, law enforcement are challenged by many factors like different social roles, complication of work division, diversity of new industrials. These push the public security in a hard situation, and faced with more high-tech crime means, therefore, it is of significance to improve the supervision system on law enforcement.The thesis starts with the explanations of the topic and introduction of the background and a brief report of the body. Also, we will tell the research ways, the frame, and a short analysis about the innovations and deficiencies of this paper. Besides that, we also make a deep review of the history and current situation about the law enforcement by SU ZHOU public police and define terms and make plans to learn the best parts of that with combination of some new measures to apply in the future.From the thesis we know:the law enforcement in SU ZHOU now is in a good condition, we’d better enhance the system construction on the security, disciplinary and supervision departments. The mind trends should be paid attention also to promote the work efficiency. With the establishment of modern police functioning system, the separation of service areas with the combination of unbalanced development of public itself beset the supervision a lot. According to the actual condition of SU ZHOU Public Police, we concluded strategies and making reasonable mechanisms to streamline the administration work and coordinate the different departments like, disciplinary, administration office, supervision, auditing, personnel, petition, regulation and other departments to promote the supervision reform and combine the files and personnel managements together for a more efficient work. With adoption innovative supervision methods and ways and make full use of platform and online monitor and properly disposition of police combined with property and file management and other new supervision modes, we will surely make a better law enforcement work and provide a successful example for inner supervision within the police system as a reference for nationwide Public Security bodies.
