Design And Implement Of Supervision Of Law Enforcement For Public Security Bureau Of Dongguan

With the promotion of information work of government departments at all levels in China,the government has made unprecedented development of information technology,the national public security organs at all levels have made great progress in information technology.However,in the process of the use of public security information system,it is found that some aspects of information process is not comprehensive,there is no cross regional cross sectoral sharing of information and so on.Although the information construction of China's public security organs has made progress,but there is still a gap between the overall requirements.So it is also needed to further improve the process of information,greatly reduce the cost of basic police integrated business management,and effectively improve the efficiency of basic policing management,and then effectively optimize the business process.This paper is based on the specific application of the Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau,and has achieved the following results:(1)Analysis of public security system's basic handling information management problems,combined with the needs of current government information and construction of public security information,put forward the necessity of system construction,law enforcement and case handling system can promote the public security organs in the case of information acquisition,case information supervision must ensure timely access to data,and an analysis of the status quo at home and abroad are discussed and given the research objectives.(2)Analysis of the system to achieve the development and application of the database technology,.NET development technology and the development of model technology,is the system's theory and foundation support.(3)Using software engineering method in law enforcement management system needs analysis,combined with the needs of Dongguan City public security organs at all levels determined,are studied with the proposed system must meet the performance standards,the core function of the system itself and show,the system should be achieved for the case of alarm management,case management,case supervision and examination and approval,and other functions.(4)Design to achieve the law enforcement management system,and a brief analysis of the summary of the system,then the system modules are designed in detail,the system defined as alarming,case disposal,data files,the case symptom,supervision and examination,and the overall data query and system seven management,and the key process to do a detailed analysis.(5)The implementation of the management system of law enforcement and case management is demonstrated and analyzed,the system launches detailed functional testing,testing shows that the system basically meets the needs of users,and discusses the application effect of the system.
