| Recently, the frequency of drug-related cases about famous-persons in our country become higher, which lead to great negative influence and deep harmfulness to the society. This paper makes study on the drug-related behavior in the perspective of criminology Angle. It analyzes the form of celebrity drug-related behavior, characteristics and the causes, and actively and explores the corresponding measures to prevent and punish. This thesis will be divided into 4 parts:The first part focuses on the forms and characteristics of famous-persons’ drug-related behavior. Through analyzing the related cases in the past two years, celebrity drug-related behavior forms mainly include celebrity drug use behavior, shelter others behavior, drug use behavior and illegal drug possession and the characters of these cases mainly embodied in the criminal subject of specialization, the object of complicated and the drug-related behavior repeatedly.The second part mainly to analyze the harm and social impact of the. famous-persons. The drug-related behaviors damage not only the image of a group of famous-persons and the social mainstream culture but also mislead youth and set negative examples.The third part focuses on the reason of these drug-related cases. The main reasons include:first, one person maybe can deal well in his material and spiritual; second, it causes by criminal psychology; third, a group of the people agree with some subculture.The fourth part mainly explores the prevention and punishment measures for these drug-related behaviors. First, make the supervision mechanism and limited specification, set examples of sunshine-persons; second, make the law of publishing in drug-related behaviors, for example, the incorrigible people should be published more strictly. Third, calling for the harmonious entertainment culture and rejecting the incorrigible people which improve the price of drug-related behaviors. |
