In addition, the progress of marine technology and the factors such as the maritime terrorism make the factors that affect the safety of the sea passage.This paper based on the perspective of China-ASEAN Regional Cooperation of South China Sea channel security issues, to properly handle the disputes in the South China Sea and cooperation relationship and try to give play to the South China Sea channel link the interests of action, abandon the Cold War mentality, stick with the neighbors, and neighbors as partners and further consolidate with neighboring countries and good neighborly and friendly relation and cooperation, adhere to advocate the new concept of comprehensive security, common security and cooperative security. Including the status and role of the South China Sea channel security in the national security and development process, and the regional cooperation theory, and sea power theory and other related theory, and combining with analytical hierarchy process method, system analysis and dialectical method principle and benefit driving principle analysis of China-ASEAN regional cooperation from the perspective of South China Sea channel safety situation, existing problems and the reasons, on the South China Sea safe passage to maintain feasible countermeasures were put forward.
