With the rapid development of Internet technology, network technology, the process of traditional industry combined with the Internet faster and faster. Military science and technology with a major change, the military modernization degree is higher and higher, and now the logistics is greatly increased, the dependence of the military logistics is the core of the army. If you want to go the way of a good soldier is an important measure to strengthen the management of the logistics. From the developed countries, the more developed the country’s military security system more perfect. No logistics, no army’s fighting capacity and normal operation, the current military functioning depends on the motor vehicle, so it is very important to do a good job of the army’s fuel supplies, strive to build a high reliability, high stability of the fuel supply system is our research direction, and continuously explore to build modern intelligent oil logistics system to make our first priority. The improvement of logistics ability will enhance mobility, and improve the efficiency of management of the logistics, can reduce the investment of manpower, save for defenses. Oil logistics system of our country is undergoing change, logistics system is the core of the logistics system. Now the army management departments are independent, each have their own logistics system, the administrative department management lack of communication between lead to can’t work together, and only focus on local interests, the administrative department lack of overall consideration. Can’t have a clear understanding of military logistics system, so it is difficult to achieve the rational allocation of military logistics resources, is not up to make the military logistics rationalization and maximize the benefit of logistics.In order to improve the efficiency of military logistics management, to provide a unified information management platform, to enhance the reliability of the military logistics oil supply. This paper mainly in oil supply information management platform as the research object, which contains logic function and structure.At the same time, we discuss the shortest path problem of oil supply information management in the paperFirst of all, in this paper, we showed the basic concept, model and network technology to provide a theoretical of the shortest path problem of study.Secondly, we analyzed the logical of oil supply information management,deeply researched the relationships of the system, and showed the specific functions of the system and the realization of various functions.Thirdly, we discussed and analysis for the shortest path problem of the oil transportation in view of the oil supply information management, we build the algorithm according to the actual situation. Finally, we decided to solve problems in optimization algorithm.Finally, we used the algorithm in the oil supply information management platform. We proved the validity of the theoretical derivation and availability model according to the test.
