Nowadays, many logistics companies have developed simply from traditional transportation or warehouse levels. There are different platforms, databases, and different information systems concerning exchange. It is an urgent issue as to how to integrate those information systems and facilitate the whole process and enlarge its business partners and survives competition.Web Services, based on XML data communication and exchange technology, SOAP protocol, offers an effective solution to the above problem. Therefore, it saves the integrative cost and improves the whole efficiency.This paper first analyzes shortcomings of the traditional technologies of Enterprise Application Integration, and presents a project scenario based on Web Services. Before the information system, this paper explores Web Services deeply. Before the structure of Web Services, then its concept , classification, modals, and stacks, especially the application modals. Then, this paper makes a detail analysis on the core operation procession of LianTuoYun Company and decided the developing principles. Finally, The system utilizes Net, VC++, C# languages and correlative tools to realize those services, such as information exchange and information distribution of different customers, data access connectivity, service description and customer access.The goal of this paper is to help modern logistics company constructing an effective system which has excellent function of trans-platform and can be easy to extend the enterprise's procession. With one year's running, LianTuoYun's modern logistics system gets high appraise and expedites the company's information, reduce the cost and enlarge the markets.
