Study On College Students’ Army Regulations Reform About The "Military Service Law"

In order to grow up in peace and rise in peace, it is necessary to establish a modern army with a high level of culture and science and technology, and the further improvement of military service system is especially important and urgent. On the whole, the enlistment of the situation is not optimistic. Gradually, because of the preferential policies, the resumption of the security legislation and their specific interests driven is a university student enrollment motivation of important reasons.With the development of the college student’s enlistment, every work of the army has a tremendous role in promoting, especially college students with respect to ordinary soldiers have higher cultural quality and the forces of modernization and informatization is a realistic and long-term significance. College students enlistment work there are still many problems, such as related policy is not perfect, students drafted enlisted in the process of individual links is not enough coordination, organization is imperfect and inadequate enforcement of education etc..
