Since the20th century of90years, college students to join the party enthusiasm for joining the vast majority of college students with the right motivation, but because at present our society is in transition, affected by the impact of the value of diversity, college students tended to be more motivated to join the party of diversity and complexity of a small number of university students to join the party biased motive. Motivation for college students to join the party right or not, related to the students the quality of party members, but also related to the advanced nature of Party members to play, but also related to the party’s future.The quantitative analysis of sociology and political science, the method of combining qualitative analysis to survey data collected for the study based on objective, non-party truly reflect the current status of university students motives. Based on actual survey data analysis, theoretical analysis of planned behavior applied non-party students motives influencing factors, the intention to join the party to join the party affected by the acts of the most significant, behavioral control, attitude to join the party, to join the party beliefs, subjective norms influence intention to join the party Significant. School, parents occupation, the father of political outlook, students, family annual income of different students in joining the party there was no significant difference in behavior. Based on the above factors affecting the knowledge of the party for the students to open talks to promote the success of party-building work experience students to promote members of the advanced models, optimizing the environment and educating students on party building an effective response to the environment, Raising the Duice solution based on non-party Students motives status issues, and education for Chinese students motives provide useful lessons.
