Research On Marx’s Ideology Of National Governance

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC adopted the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform”which pointed out: The overall goal of deepening the reform comprehensively is to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.Concerning the modernization of the national governance system and capacity, Secretary-general Xi combine Marx’s theory of national governance with the practice of national construction and administration in contemporary China,which explores a new field on Marx’s theory of national governance and would become a guide to promote the construction and governance of the socialist country with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,digging out the theoretical basis of Marx’s theory of national governance through looking back to original source has important theoretical and practical significance for the research and interpretation of China’s contemporary national governance modernization.This paper mainly uses the literature material analysis method and other methods to carry on the research and presents the idea of Marx’s national governance in three parts.First making a new interpretation of the traditional national governance and the connotation of the state in introduction, explore Marx’s theory of national governance with a new perspective.The first part through the theoretical basis of Marx’s national theory, the development process and the basic connotation of Marx’s national theory, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of Marx’s theory of national governance.The second part of this paper mining the basic content of Marx’s thought of state governance from three aspects, mainly uses critique and construction point of view to restore the Marx’s thought of state governance, consisted of Marx’s critique of capitalist countries "governance" mode, Marx’s dictatorship of the proletariat state governance model design amd prediction of Marx’s achievements on the future "state society" mode of governance.The last part uses the basic content of Marx’s ideology of national governance, contacting the reality of our country to explore the contemporary value of Marx’s thought of state governance, in order to promote national modernization management, to better guide our socialist modernization construction, so as to realize the comprehensive development.
