Marx's Thought Of State Governance And Its Contemporary Value

The Communist Party of China put forward the overall goal of deepening the all-round reform in in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,i.e.to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.This is another new breakthrough exploration of the governance model of our country since the Reform and Opening-up.It's also the creative application and development of Marx's thought of national governance.Studying Marx's thought of national governance plays an important role in our socialist reform and provides scientific theoretical guidance for the modernization of national governance in China.There is no special works on national governance in terms of Marx's thought of national governance.Simply,his rich governance ideas are presented in many of his books.From the contractual spirit in Doctoral Dissertation in the early time,to The Manifesto of the Communist Party and The Civil War in France,they all contain rich governance ideas.Marx's thought of national governance can be mainly divided into two parts to understand.First is the critique of capitalist state governance.It affirms that the development of capitalism did played an unprecedented role in promoting productivity.But,the governance mode of capitalist countries is not desirable,including capitalism countries' governance subject and interests orientation of governance,etc.Second is the affirmation of state governance under the dictatorship of the proletariat.Especially,taking the Paris Commune for instance,the dictatorship of the proletariat is the premise and principle of the governance of the proletariat,which is in line with the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people;its government mode is democraticgovernance.According to the guidance of Marx's thought of national governance,a whole set of scientific,perfect governance system was established,which is of great reference significance to the modernization reform of our national governance.In it,adhering to the people's main body status and initiative,consolidating the core position of proletarian political party and making full use of social organizations,etc.,are what we should uphold all the time to realize the modernization of national governance.This paper aims to study Marx's thought of national governance and sort out the basic thoughts and system establishment principles of national governance so as to provide reference for our country and provide theoretical support for the modernization construction of our national governance.
