Research On The Jobs Of Administrative Service Center In Perspective Of Seamless Government Theory

Administrative Service Center in China is developed in order to adapt to the construction of service government and cater to the reform of global management system. It is combined with the actual situation of our country.It centralized the original administrative licensing, administrative examination and approval administrative and service matters together. The service center provided "one-stop" service, reduced masses processes and improve office efficiency.But there are still many shortcomings in the work of Administrative Service Center nowadays. They could affect masses’ satisfaction and hinder the development of the Center. So the study to solve the problems became necessary.Taking Administrative Service Center in Qinhuangdao as example. To find the problems, the reasons and the ways to solve them, I used the seamless government theory and it would play a good role in the optimization of work.The article was divided into four portions. The first portion is covered with the related concepts and the basics of theory.It included the concept of Administrative Service Center,the concept of seamless government theory and the reconstruction principle of the government.The second portion described the current situation and problems of the work in Qinhuangdao’s Administrative Service Center.The third portion analyzed the reasons of these problems.The fourth portion proposed corresponding countermeasures to deal with the problems.The aim of this thesis is to improve the level and efficiency of the work in Qinhuangdao’s Administrative Service Center, enhance public satisfaction and truly serve the people.
