Research On Policy Changes Of Energy Conservation And Emissions Reduction In Liaoning Province

For a long time, relying on heavy industry in Liaoning to promote economic growth, resulting in resource depletion, environmental pollution. Fighting against pollution, protecting the environment, closely related to people’s health and sustainable development. Energy conservation and emissions reduction policy changes frequently sending people thinking of energy conservation and emissions reduction policy changes. In this paper, regarding the energy conservation and emissions reduction policy changes of Liaoning province as the research object, advocacy coalition framework is used to change logic analysis, to expect to solve existing problems of energy conservation and emissions reduction policy changes in Liaoning.This paper is divided into five parts. The second part, related concepts and theoretical content.
