Venture Philanthropy is the product of the further development of philanthropy. With the reformation of China’s political and economic system and the build of service-oriented government. Venture Philanthropy as a new way of charity and investment, plays an increasingly important role. At the same time, venture philanthropy carried out in China’s large-scale venture philanthropy around the practice has achieved very good results.Through study of literature, this paper make analysis of venture philanthropy, with a view to the definition, characteristics, mode, practice and problems of development, putting emphasis on the mode of government auspices and multi-party cooperation.
