The Investigation Of Endowment Mode And Exploration Medical Rehabilitation Combining Model In Daqing City

ObjectTo explore the status quo of the old age and the development process of Daqing, and analyze the current situation of the pension system, the influence factors and the existing problems, and put forward constructive suggestions to solve these problems. MethodA random sampling method was used to investigate the status and the influencing factors of the aged people in Daqing. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, 392 questionnaires were collected, and the demand of the aged people in Daqing was analyzed by using statistical method, and analyzed the influence factors of the basic material life, health care service and spiritual culture service. In addition, the selection of home care for the elderly 200, 200 of the elderly pension institutions, 5 institutions responsible person; 20 institutions within the medical workers; 20 nursing staff; 2 government officials were interviewed. Result1 Daqing city "Empty Nester" older were 90538 people, accounting for 21.7% in the city of Daqing over the age of 60 total, about 70% of the Empty Nester were lack of family care.2 general features: male was 52.3%(205/392), female was 48.4%(187/392); 60~, 70~, more than 80 age group there were 48.5%(190/392), 36.7%(144/392), 14.8%(58/392); junior high school education accounted for 59.2%(232/ 392)the largest proportion; according to the occupation workers and civil servants and institutions of the majority, accounted for 33.4%(131/392) and 35.2%(138/392); the investigation of elderly chronic disease prevalence rate were 56.6%(222/392).3.In the elderly, the demand for medical services was the highestwhich was 48.2%(189/392), the demand for cultural entertainment services was 37.5%(147/392), which can meet the needs of basic material living services only 14.3%(56/392).4. There were the differences in the old age care of different ages in chi-square(x2 =52.809,P<0.05), 60-70 year old people was self- care, 70-80 year old elderly was the family of the elderly, more than 80 of the elderly was the social pension.5. There were the differences in the old age care of different ages different health status in chi-square(x2 =179.289,P<0.05). Health better were self pension based.6. There were the differences in the old age care of have and have not a child in family in chi-square(x2 =141.581,P<0.05), no children of the elderly were self care.7. There were the differences in the old age care of has a spouse’s aged in chi-square(x2 =103.732,P<0.05), the old people with no spouse were the elderly care in the community8. With different cultural degree of old-age way were difference in chi-square(x2= 117.241, P < 0.05), with a primary culture of old people is given priority to with social endowment; Cultural degree is given priority to with family pension, for junior high school of the old cultural degree is given priority to with self pension for high school and above the old.9.For different professional way of old-age were difference in chi-square(x2 = 137.993, P < 0.05).10.The elderly endowment way for different levels of income were difference in chi-square(x2 = 136.433, P < 0.05). High income of the elderly choose social pension, they hope to stay in good conditions endowment agencies. Conclusion1. Daqing city entered a stage of aging, old-age institutions capacity is limited, service level is not high problem increasingly prominent.2. Health has a significant difference in terms of pension mode selection, age, poor health status of the proportion of older people choose social endowment way higher, and less of a spouse, children of the elderly is more inclined to choose social endowment way. The old people’s income level, marital status, level of education for the elderly the most significant effect of pension mode selection and strong.3. To explore the medical rehabilitation combined with the mode of new endowment way, and put forward suitable for daqing city medical rehabilitation combined with the operation mode of endowment patterns.On the base of daqing city as a demonstration area for research, we design suitable for daqing actual situation of the private organizations involved in the medical rehabilitation combined with pension service model. At the end of the paper put forward the policy suggestions and discusses the related problems,we try to provide reference for policy design.
