| Along with population aging process in China,the pressure how to take good care of the aged people is climbed sharply.How to guarantee the aged life with high quality has become a severe issue in the society.Whether the answer of this argument is realistic or not,and how satisfied people are,will be related to the success of implementing the "moderate prosperity" program in an all-round.Thus,regarding the medical and old-age care mode of Baoding as the breakthrough point,this thesis expounds the requirements and the degree of satisfaction of the aging people in Baoding,and it makes the preliminary discussion on this new pension model.This study has combed the basic concepts of medical care and support,aged care services,public goods,and satisfaction.It elaborated public product theory,customer satisfaction theory and demand theory,and compiled a survey questionnaire for the elderly care of the elderly in Baoding City.Needs Questionnaires and Medical Care Aggregation Aged Residents Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire.From July to October 2017,I personally surveyed the current situation of the needs of medical care for the elderly in Baoding City,Hebei Province,and the status of elderly people's satisfaction with the aged in medical institutions.We used descriptive statistical methods to analyze the willingness of the combination of medical care and retirement care services.As well as influencing factors influencing the willingness of the combination of medical care and retirement care services,descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the satisfaction of elderly residents staying in medical and nursing institutions in Baoding City in order to provide further support for the development of medical and health care institutions in Baoding City.Countermeasures and suggestions also provide government departments with scientific decision-making basis and reference information.Through the study of this article,the main conclusions are drawn.(1)Affected by economic factors,family factors,children's conditions,and traditional beliefs,nearly half(46.33%)of the elderly actually choose the home-based pension model.The proportion of elderly people who like to take care of the elderly in medical institutions and pension institutions accounted for 53.67%,while the proportion of the elderly who actually supported the aged in medical institutions and pension institutions was only 5.67%.Age,gender,marriage partner status,children's status,monthly income,health and self-care ability are the influencing factors that affect whether the elderly choose to combine medical treatment with pension institutions.(2)The satisfaction index was used to analyze the satisfaction index of the elderly in Baoding.The results showed that the overall satisfaction index of the medical and nursing institutions in the elderly was 20.16,the corresponding level was "satisfactory",and more inclined to be satisfied.The seven dimensions of satisfaction index from high to low were professional medical institutions docking service(49.47 close to satisfactory),nursing service(40.33 satisfaction),entertainment and leisure service(19.13 more satisfied),charge(17.67 satisfaction),medical service(17.13 satisfaction),diet Service(6.37 general),residential ring.Border(5.53 general).(3)Although the medical care and nursing service in Baoding has made some progress,it is still in the early stage of development,and there are many obstacle factors that affect the development of medical care and pension mode in Baoding.It mainly includes: the Department barrier of medical care and pension service has not been broken,the contradiction between supply and demand of pension institutions is outstanding,the cooperation of pension institutions and medical institutions is not smooth,the payment guarantee system of the combination of medical care is not perfect,the popularization of family doctor responsibility system is difficult,the service supervision system is not finished,and the management credit of the pension institution is not high.(4)In view of the obstacles affecting the development of the medical care and pension care model in Baoding City,we should actively play the role of the government's guiding management,strengthen the inter-departmental coordination strategy mechanism for the integration of medical care and support,and build a multi-layered medical care and support service model for the development of care for the elderly.We will continue to make efforts to improve the combination of medical care and long-term care insurance,the use of family doctors' responsibility system to promote the combination of medical care and development strategies,and the promotion of credit management of retirement institutions,so as to promote the development of medical care and pension support model in Baoding City. |
