Left-behind children is a new group of China’s economic transformation which is still in development. Their survival state and mental health draw the attention of the society. For the management problems of the left-behind children’s mental health education have become the top issue which our current society is facing.This paper is based on education management theory, the new public service theory and Bandura developmental psychology theory and related theory study, combing the domestic and foreign the guardian’s influence on the left-behind children’ growth, left-behind children’s mental health status of investigation, the analysis of the influence factors and countermeasures research of literature, and on the basis of the study of Yongjia county left-behind children’s mental health education management. First of all, through the questionnaire survey, interview and other methods of Yongjia county left-behind children in the life, learning, personality, emotional, interpersonal relationship and social adaptation and so on the existing problems and the current against them in the practice of psychological health education management.Yongjia county, secondly, using the comparative research of left-behind children’s mental health education management difficulties and the causes were analyzed, and found that there is no professional teachers’ communication and channel, the teacher in charge work difficulty is big, too little boarding schools, school funding and resource shortage and other difficulties and the main causes of these difficulties is the absence of lack of family education, school education, social attention is not enough.Finally, in combination with the practical situation of Yongjia county in the left-behind children mental health education at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of relevant experience in management, from the family level, school level, social level aspects put forward effective countermeasure and the suggestion, we hope to be able to create a left-behind children living environment full of love and tolerance, make their bodies and mind is healthy and happy in growth, and become useful people to society.
