| SD Bureau as a QL Province under a quality and technical supervision County Bureau.In recent years administrative law enforcement work began to gradually exposed some problems. These problems make SD Bureau of public satisfaction decreased, deterioration of relations between cadres and the masses, more serious, affecting the Department’s Bureau of SD image. With the development of economy and society, the law enforcement and law enforcement authority of the Bureau of SD is also expanding. At the same time, SD Bureau of administrative law enforcement work also gradually exposed some problems. These problems make SD Bureau of public satisfaction decreased, deterioration of relations between cadres and the masses, more serious, affecting the Department’s Bureau of SD image.The author is a quality and technical supervision departments, since entering the SD Bureau has been engaged in grassroots administrative law enforcement work, this paper aims to evaluate and study the full meaning of the quality and technical supervision of administrative law enforcement work by quality management theory, analysis of the factors that affect the satisfaction of administrative law enforcement.The first chapter and the second chapter introduces the theory of quality and technology supervision of the administrative law enforcement and the satisfaction of the domestic and foreign countries.The third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly introduces the research method, the survey method, the content of the questionnaire, the results of the survey and the analysis of the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement of the SD Bureau.In the fifth chapter, according to the results of the questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the causes of the problem, and puts forward the methods and ideas of improving the law enforcement work and improving the satisfaction of law enforcement from five aspects:law enforcement, law enforcement, law enforcement, law enforcement and supervision. |
