| China is in the context of new urbanization and rural revitalization. As an effective carrier of urban-rural integration, the construction of public services in new rural communities has achieved remarkable results, but at the same time,it has exposed the problems of low quality of public services in new communities and low per capita utilization rate. Therefore, the government needs to improve the effectiveness of community public services in the process of building new rural community public services. To this end,the state has issued a series of relevant support policies.Local governments at all levels also actively improve the service quality of new rural communities based on residents’ real demands for community public services, and strive to achieve the equal level of public services between urban and rural areas. Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to deeply study the evaluation of residents’ satisfaction with public services in new rural communities.Firstly,by combing relevant research literature and combining new public service theory and customer satisfaction evaluation theory, this paper defines the concepts of new rural community, community public service and resident satisfaction involved in this study, and analyzes the current situation of new rural community public service in Zouping city.Secondly, based on the customer satisfaction index model, construct the most used in this paper,a new type of rural community public service satisfaction evaluation index and satisfaction model, and then give a research hypothesis, and design a "new type of rural community residents of public service satisfaction assessment questionnaire",to test reliability and validity of preliminary investigation questionnaire, finally generating a formal questionnaire.Thirdly, taking Zouping city as an example, questionnaires were sent out, oneway an OVA,correlation analysis and other empirical analysis were carried out on the valid questionnaires, and the satisfaction model proposed above was fitted. Then, based on the above empirical data analysis, the structural equation model was used to prove the research hypothesis. Finally, through the calculation of residents’ overall satisfaction and analysis of various reasons,it is found that residents in new rural communities are not very satisfied with the overall satisfaction evaluation of community public services, especially in the specific aspects of residents’ expectation, perceived value and perceived quality, there is a large space for improvement.Based on the empirical results mentioned above, policy suggestions are put forward for residents’ expectations, perceived quality and perceived value. To improve the satisfaction of public service in new rural communities,we should first pay attention to the service expectation of residents, meet the overall expectation and personalized expectation of community residents, and ensure the reliability expectation of residents.Secondly,to improve residents’ perceived value of services,it is necessary to broaden access to services, expand the content and breadth of services, and increase the financial support of services. Finally,it is necessary to improve residents’ perceived quality of services, enhance the convenience and effectiveness of services, ensure the fairness of services, and improve residents’ participation. These suggestions have strong practical significance for solving the problems of unbalanced development of urban and rural public services and low quality of public services in new rural communities. |
