In today's globalized economic and social development,more and more organizations and enterprises have realized that talents are the core driving force of enterprise development.How to attract and retain talents,explore employees' potential work enthusiasm,improve efficiency and create great work value is one of the main contents of current human resources research.As an important tool of human resource management,job satisfaction survey closely focuses on the above problems.Job satisfaction can enable the organization to timely find problems in management,monitor the work attitude of employees,understand the needs of employees,facilitate the organization to take appropriate measures to solve management problems,enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion of employees to the organization,stimulate individual potential,reduce brain drain,and improve the competitiveness of the organization.This paper takes the improvement strategy of job satisfaction in grid management of zhengdong new district as the research content,sorts out and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge related to job satisfaction,and establishes the theoretical basis of this paper.Design the zhengdong new district grids management job satisfaction questionnaire,get the data by means of questionnaire,the reliability and validity of the data analysis,first of all,from the perspective of demographic variables analysis of different gender,executive level,age,working years,job satisfaction degree of employees,the second will affect the various dimensions of job satisfaction of the descriptive statistical analysis,and then influence the satisfaction of the correlation analysis is made between various dimensions and total satisfaction,finally the results of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis integration,Three dimensions,career development,salary and welfare and performance evaluation,which are the least satisfied and highly correlated with the overall satisfaction,are found out.After a deeper data analysis of the above three dimensional components and an auxiliary interview method to find the causes of the problems,it was finally found that the main unsatisfactory problems of grid employees in zhengdong new district were:unscientific performance appraisal scheme,low salary and welfare,and difficult to promote the position.Aiming at the existing problems,the paper designs strategies to improve performance appraisal,improve salary and welfare,broaden career development space and assist employees in career management.In the ideological awareness,mechanism building,supervision and management,business training to improve the implementation of the strategy to ensure.It provides a reliable basis for more effective human resource management of grid work in zhengdong new district in the future.
