| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization and accelerated the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In this new era background,it is more necessary to lead by outstanding talents,and college student village officials,as the main force of rural revitalization,put forward higher and newer requirements for it.Therefore,under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,it is of great practical significance to study the job satisfaction and promotion strategies of college student village officials.Since the 17th National Congress of the CPC,the plan of college student village officials has been a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee under specific historical conditions.After more than 10 years of implementation,it has achieved remarkable results and produced extensive social impact.As an ad hoc post at the village level,university student village officials are the bridge between the government and villagers,universities and society.They are an important measure to strengthen grass-roots organizations,promote rural development and benefit farmers.They are also important measures to improve the structure of rural cadres,promote the development of rural economic and social undertakings,and strengthen the construction of Party organizations.An important force in promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside is an important source of training and reserving cadres at the grass-roots level.Since 2008,Fujian Province has recruited nearly 10,000 university student village officials and assigned them to the countryside to support the construction of the cause of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".Especially since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,in order to train and bring up a team of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" who understand agriculture,love the countryside and farmers,and guide a large number of people with modern social awareness,broad vision and tools.College students with innovative abilities and rural feelings are encouraged to play a constructive role of young intellectuals in the construction of modern agricultural industry system,the strengthening of rural public service system,the improvement of rural care service system,the improvement of rural governance system,and the promotion of rural culture.Fujian Province is a big city.Some achievements have been made in the construction of student village officials,but there are also some problems in the actual work process,which affect the job satisfaction of university student village officials.Therefore,based on the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,taking Fujian Province as the research area,this study uses questionnaire survey method to analyze the job satisfaction of College Students'village officials,and uses Logistic regression analysis method to study the influencing factors of job satisfaction of College Students' village officials in Fujian Province,and puts forward corresponding promotion strategies in order to provide college students in Fujian Province.The promotion of village officials'work provides some reference.Through the investigation and study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the analysis of the overall job satisfaction of university student village officials,121 people expressed satisfaction with their work,accounting for 37.69%of the total sample;62 people expressed dissatisfaction,accounting for 19.31%of the total sample;138 people expressed general satisfaction,accounting for 42.99%of the total sample;to some extent,the overall job satisfaction of university student village officials was not high.However,less than 40%of them are satisfied with their work,and nearly half of them are generally satisfied with their work.(2)The descriptive analysis of the related dimensions of job satisfaction of university student village officials shows that university student village officials are more satisfied with their work policies,are more general about job itself,working mechanism and working relationship,and are generally less satisfied with the working conditions of university student village officials;to some extent,it reflects the university student village officials'satisfaction with their work conditions.The overall deviation of official working conditions needs to be improved.(3)Using orderly multi-classification logistic regression analysis method to analyze the factors affecting job satisfaction of university student village officials,the following conclusions are drawn:the main factors include birthplace,policy implementation,remuneration,leadership concern,villagers'understanding and support,sense of work achievement,ability to exert their specialties and abilities;among them,remuneration and salary Leadership concern factors have the most significant impact on job satisfaction of college student village officials.Based on the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the current situation of the job satisfaction of college student village officials in Fujian Province and its influencing factors,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the following four aspects:first,to improve the implementation of institutional policies and establish a long-term security mechanism;second,to enrich innovative work content based on the strategy of rural revitalization;third,to create innovative work content.Good social atmosphere,improve the growth environment of village officials;Fourth,enhance self-learning awareness,improve their own quality.In order to improve the job satisfaction of college student village officials in Fujian Province in an all-round way,we hope that under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,agricultural and rural development will enter a new historical stage,and better encourage them to "go down","do well","stay well",and better serve the strategy of rural revitalization.
