The Problems Research Of Griddization Management In Longgang District Of Shenzhen City

In recent years, with the rapid change of the economic system of our country and the development of urbanization, a lot of idle rural labor force into the city, the unit person strikingly marked with the stamps of the times is gradually change into the "community person". New problems and new contradictions which have not appeared in the city management process in the past are concentrated to the community, community is gradually evolved into a gathering pointvariety that intertwined with a variety of interests, social conflicts and things, all above this posed a severe test for community management work. Facing the new situation and new problems, traditional community management model has been unable to meet the rapid development of urbanization under community management needs, urgent need for a new community management model to deal with the challenges.This paper summarized the research scholars, explored the meaning and management elements of community-grid management, summed up the success of community grid management typical pattern; analyzed the main approach of community gridded management in Longgang District, summarized results achieved in grid management from the government, communities and Community level, with the working practices and market research, combed the problems in Longgang District Community grid management, such as grid management awareness not uniform, grid management and operation system imperfect, gridstaff management not standardized, community residents and organizations involved in low level and community service not match the needs of residents, analyzed the causes of these problems, finally, the paper presented suggestions for Longgang District Community grid management, included clearing the position of government in the community grid, strengthening mechanisms internet security, strengthening training and assessment of community network administrator, improving public participation and implementing the refined management services.The innovation of this paper is to aid in the actual research questionnaires analyzed Longgang District community grid management problems and explore its causes, on this basis, explored the ways to improve the community grid management ideas and solutions, the research results also have a certain novelty and practicality.
