| It has began to step into the aging society In China since 1999. Accounting for the 1/4 in the world,the number of the old in our country is expected to 483 million which is more 100 million than the developed country. The rapid aging of the population of our country made people continue to pay attention to the pension problem, which means that the pension has become China’s major merging industries. Rural pension resort will become aging problem and the development of modern service industry is an important direction.Based on the description analysis of related literature and theory, as well as the mature research results in the past, the comparison models of the rural pension resort project was designed from 3 dimensions of economy, social culture and environment. Two operational models of "the union pattern" and "rural community pattern" were evaluated by the comparison models. We designed a questionnaire according to the features of the two patterns, chose the senior citizens in Nanjing as investigation target and analyzed their preference for the two patterns. The research indicated that Bashan village of Maji town in Nanjing City is suitable for initiating rural pension resort project; the model can be used to evaluate the operational patterns of the rural pension resort project; rural community pattern is more suitable for this project, but its ecological benefit need to be strengthened; the elderly consumers prefer to a high qualified and economic mode that they can own an orchard, separate with villagers and live with their friends. The investigation also showed this kind of preference can be provided by only one model. Therefore, the operational model we choose should be complementary with each other to meet the reasonable demand of consumers.The analysis of this paper shows that:when the Rural pension resort is being built, we should follow the government support, market operation, improve relevant laws and regulations, a balanced social, ecological and economic benefits. |
