Harmonious relationship between Uygur and Han ethnic groups were for many years the party and one of the issues of most concern. Particularly in Xinjiang, not harmonious relationship between Uygur and Han would not have a stable social environment. With the increase in terrorist violence in recent years, the relationship between Han and Uygur, Xinjiang’s stability but also attract the attention from all walks of life. This paper based on the historical investigation and analysis of trust mechanism between Uygur and Han nationalities. Study of history between Uygur and Han nationalities in the process of confidence-building. Found on the status of trust between the Han and Uygur, social transformation and urbanization, previous trust mechanism has been damaged. This requires that we establish in the new era of Uygur and Han new trust mechanisms. To this end, the author examined the current confidence between the Han and Uygur influence factors, and make recommendations for reconstruction trust mechanism between Uygur and Han. The efforts of former Han and Uygur trusts are units formed "Full-time Government" of trust. Today, the community to replace the unit, because function is not fully converge, coupled with the special situation in Urumqi caused, in a large number of migrants into cities, the community did not have the proper advance between Uygur and Han Exchange, interaction, mutual understanding, resolve conflicts and other functions, and thus failed to establish new Uygur and Han nationalities in the new trust. Establishing harmonious relationship between Uygur and Han from a new perspective in this paper, there are important research values.
