Study On Poor In Urban Areas And Security Effect Of Minimum Living Security System

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of the poverty and the social policies On integrating the concepts of poverty and social policy, the poor population in S community of Shanghai was observed Three approaches namely the objective, process and mechanism were applied to describe the weaknesses of social policies to soften the poverty.Firstly, this article reviews some problem about poor and relief for poor. Secondly, the article recollect minimum living security system. Based on this, the article analyses security effect for this system, In which the system fulfilled. For this problem, this article answer it from two sides,on the one hand, the article analyses coverage range, On the other hand, this article analyses effect that the system secure the poor’s living. Finally,based on the research findings, this article discuss some problems about minimum living security system, some anti-poverty social policies were recommended for the minimum living security system for urbanite in city,and a few suggestions were provided for the poor persons themselves.For the problem all above, this article include five parts. First, this article definite poverty, and recollect relief theory for poor Based on this, the text analyses urbanite poverty with the national condition in China. Second, the text sum up the history of the minimum living security system for urbanite. Third, this part is the core of the text. The part judge and analyses security effect of the system that seldom is researched. This article try and study it.For this problem,this article answer from two sides, on the one hand, the article analyses coverage range,on the other hand, this article analyses effect that system secure the poor’s living. Through some analysis above, the text rethink the system and find some conclusion. Fifth,with the analysis and work practice, the article give some suggestions. Some experiments can provide useful thinking for perfecting minimum living security system.
