Community correction can help the correction object to the community, to reduce the factors of social instability, in line with the development target of harmonious society. Therefore, for the community correction work comprehensive development, both in the legal ideology or social ideology, have to make us think, only to make the community correction has adaptability development in our country, in order to better suppression of crimes and maintaining social stability. But the community correction is not perfect in our country, its development situation in each area has no unified standard and model. The academic circles for the theoretical study of community correction also exists controversy.
