Research On Problem Of US Human Rights "Fairness" Issue

In today’s international community, the maintenance and protection of human rights is a fundamental moral principles, whether a country’s human rights are properly guaranteed, has become an important standard to judge the merits of the country’s national system. But among different countries, for specific definitions of human rights, in particular the level of protection of human rights of all practice, there is a huge controversy and even lead to serious conflict. In the era of globalization, how to communicate through constructive dialogue and broaden international consensus on human rights to the international community today has become one of the main topics. Thinking of human rights not only within the framework of Western civilization, and in other civilized framework of Western civilization par introspection human rights, it has formed a "human rights perspective civilized compatible" is gradually easing and the only way to resolve conflicts. However, the US-led Western capitalist countries, regardless of the specific circumstances of other countries, always in the majority of developing countries on human rights issues, including China’s wild accusations. A series of "Ferguson" event and the recent abuse scandal occurred in the United States, the US so-called "human rights country" image by hit, let the world see the hypocrisy of people at the same time with the hegemony of the United States of human rights, but also to raise awareness to the world there is no perfect system concept of human rights and human rights, countries should proceed from our national conditions, combined with the concrete practice of the human rights of their own country, take the road of human rights consistent with its national conditions, the only way to maximize the maintenance and protection of human rights.In this paper, a series of "Ferguson incident" and CIA prisoner abuse scandal happened recently to investigate the study, in-depth analysis of the US human rights "fairness" issue, and discuss how we should deal with the hegemony of the United States of human rights, and ultimately establish their own human rights value system.
